Meet Dave Durden, a native of Augusta, Georgia where he and his lovely wife of 34 years, Jodi, met while attending Augusta College (now Augusta State University). Now residing in the Lake Oconee area, Dave brings an extensive background in global account sales and management to Dixon Homes Realty. He is also a proud veteran of the US Army. In working with each of his real estate clients, Dave is passionate about understanding their goals and priorities then doing whatever it takes to make the home selling/buying process as smooth as possible. Never meeting a stranger, Dave is a collaborator and brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, discipline execution, energy, and enthusiasm to each client engagement. When he isn't working to close deals (really?), you can find him rocking out on the drums with his 80s band, Double Take, chasing the perfect round of golf, or enjoying time on the lake with his wife and friends.
